No. Human growth hormone is a prescription only medication. If you were to buy it without a prescription, that is a felony (prescription fraud). And buying something without a prescription means that whoever is selling it is also committing a felony and the medication they are selling you is 99% of the time FAKE. So you would be committing a felony for NOTHING.
If you are trying to buy HgH to make yourself taller, let me tell you....unless you have a congenital condition--like dwarfism--the hormones are not going to make you any taller. Just being short doesn't qualify. And even for "little people" the hormones just help bone plates to grow together like they do in people of regular height. So again, you would be trying to get a drug that wouldn't help you at all. There is nothing that will make you grow. If there was----don't you think that there would be no more short people? Don't you think the entire world would know about it? It doesn't exist.
