Is there a natural remedy to relieve cramps??!

Question:

Is there a natural remedy to relieve cramps??

Answers:

I assume you mean menstrual cramps, but if not, part of this answer is relevant to other cramps too.

Magnesium, crampbark (Viburnum opulus), (for all types of cramping) and liver remedies such as dandelion root, milk thistle, globe artichoke (for menstrual cramps).

Reduce meat and dairy consumption.

Bellydancing can help if you like that sort of thing.

Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) helps some women, but usually takes a few months, whereas magnesium usually kicks in straight away.

Soak a cloth in hot castor oil or linseed/flaxseed oil and apply to belly to relieve pain (cover with plastic to avoid mess)

Wishing you a cramp free future
