They are talking about rotation of the spine. My best guess is curvature of the spine.
Kifoza is the basic dictionary form and your version is the adverb of that form.
My polish friends and i feel that it is one of the stages of change in the spine as oposed to the norm. I hope this helps as i feel a bit of a kyfotyczne in my own back bone with the amount of time i spent looking it up.
