Head/Dizzyness issues?!

Question: Head/Dizzyness issues?
I hope someone can help me with this.

I was diagnosed with vertigo last year and I was given Meclizine for it, and Ondonsetron or something for the associated nausea.

That was really the first time it's happened, and the medication stopped it for a year. I had only one dizzy episode recently and then it went away. I was told it could be recurring. I also have moderate anxiety issues and have had frequent panic attacks over the last few years. My head spins, I can't feel the ground beneath me, I have trouble comprehending what's going on around me, and the typical symptoms.

I woke up this morning with a numb head. Like you know when your limbs fall asleep and then the blood rushes back? It felt like that on my head this morning and then it went away after I ate and drank water.

Any idea as to what it could be? Do I need to take more Omega-3s? Are there any natural remedies I could do because I don't want to poison my body with modern medicine. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Thank God atleast you have realized that there is no point in putting toxic chemicals inside you.
Nevertheless a visit to the doctor to check your blood pressure as well as to check ear imbalance
would be helpful, but a homeopath doctor would serve you better with the medicine for these
problems. About 25 years ago i was cured of my vertigo with just a single dose of homeopathic
medicine whereas allopathic (quack) poisoned me for a month with no result. To date i have never
had vertigo attack again due to the efficacy of the homeopathy. Good luck and God bless. Cheers!

Get your blood pressure checked for high or low. Both could cause this discomfort. Do not go overboard with Omega-3 either. You can get into a lot of trouble overdosing.

The only way to be sure is to see your doctor. Self diagnosis is like being your own lawyer. You could end up with a dead lady for a patient.

Please forgive me, I am not trying to be cute or funny, the best way is going to see your doctor.
