Can anyone tell me exactly what are the steps and process for doing this fasting? What can I consume while i am on this? and how many times a day do i need to drink this, as well as the salt water flush?

First you must remember the purpose:

Which is to cleanse your body rather than for weight loss. So you should not overdo it by doing heavy cardio exercise. Focus on the success of the diet instead of the weight loss.

You need the ingredients, lemonade and herbal tea (no salt water).

You should drink lemonade 8 - 10 glasses a day. The herbal tea must be drunk in the morning and before you go to bed.

You can do a little improvisation by adding mint tea for a twist of taste and/or lemon zest

One thing is that you should not drink the salt water flush. If you drink it you will notice that you will be probably need to be close to bath room. And it tastes so awful also.
Skip this Salt water flush, and you won't need to be near a bathroom for 20 minutes except for the fast break.
I also found an article in Phil Foundation about the danger of salt water flush. It is said that the salt water flush cannot be absorbed by your body becaues it is toxic for our body.

Just do the laxative tea as replacement instead of taking the salt water.
