Greetings. There's no reason why you can't take these 2 oils together. The only thing ask your Partner or anyone else who hugs you to hold on tightly as you may slip through their grip and slide. He! he! He! These will certainly aid in good Health. Only thing just check out the Cod Liver oil and it's reaction if taking a blood thinner fish oil can interfere with it's properties.
