Do you get more high when you smoke marijuana with tobacco?!

Question:

Do you get more high when you smoke marijuana with tobacco?

Or is it better to smoke it without?
Why do people mix it with tobacco when they are rolling a joint?
I'm just curious because I'm a cancer patient and I'm looking into taking marijuana for medicinal reasons during chemo therapy

Answers:

People roll joints with tobacco because it will stop the joints from running. You do not get more high.

Also, for medicinal reasons, you aren't trying to get high, you're trying to control nausea, so don't add the tobacco. If your joints won't burn properly, get a pipe, but use one with a fairly long stem so that the smoke has a chance to cool, or preferably a bong or water pipe. Marijuana smoke is MUCH hotter than tobacco smoke, and will burn your mouth and throat if you are not careful.
