what do you mean by pablum? Pablum means 'pap' in Latin and is a derogatory term for snake oil medicine - which is what 99.99% of so-called 'alternative medicine' is. It is neither alternative nor medicine - it is rubbish, ie pablum, and yes people have always made moeny out of selling it to others
