jasmine is great for skin care.... etc...
you always have to use carrier oils when using essential oils.....some carrier oils are grapeseed oil......sweet almond oil.... olive oil...etc.... never put essential oils directly on the skin ....and always make sure that the oils you use say that they are 100 percent essential oils... and are in dark colored glass bottles with traditional stoppers..... you can look up essential oil uses online....
