Home Colon Cleansing "recipe"??
I was wondering if any of you had performed a colon cleanse at home using natural ingredients from home and not having to buy a colon cleansing product. I'd appreciate any help!

I forgot to mention this is a lemonade fast. You only drink the lemonade, and take no other food. Do this for several days, and then carefully ween yourself back on to solid food.
I've done it several times, and gotten great results. Cleaning out your colon is one of the best things you can do for your health.
