Why does it say on the St John's Wort bottle that a person taking the herb should stay away from sunlight?
And, do they mean intense sunlight for long period of time, or a person taking the herb should stay away from sunlight as much as they can? What will happen if a person is exposed to lots of sunlight while taking St john's wart?
