Anyone here done a Colonic ?!


Question:

Anyone here done a Colonic ?

Anyone had a colonic ? I have had chronic constipation for about 3 months ! And my naturopath suggested it. I also have anxiety, heart palpitations.

Is it safe to do colonics ? Any tips, advice or help is greatly appeciated.
