There are several different definitions but the one I like best is this; removing energy blocks in the body so that healing energy many flow freely to heal and remove the symptoms which are usually caused by anger, stress, fear, anxiety, depression, etc. EFT (emotional freedom techniques) works very well for balancing the body's energy system.
