Note, I'm not asking for opinions on what you think works. I'm asking for actual experiences.
Answers:
BEST way is through a referral from a friend who has gone and had a positive experience. Having said that, it is vital to meet the person who is going to put needles in you and see if your energies are in sync, otherwise it will defeat the purpose.
