Fleet enema?
I have to insert this enema in my rectum or whatever, and I can't get myself to do it... I have to put it in and unload a bottle full of some liquid substance, anyone have any experience with this? Does it hurt and is there anything I should do in particular? thanks

no it doesnt hurt you can use a bit of vaseline before you insert the tube of the bottletry to be lying down on your left side with a sterile pad underneath you the size ofa diaper just in case some of the liquid seeps out of you .you will have to use the strength of your buttocks to hold the liquid in at least a few seconds btw they have miniature bottles of microlit that have thesame effect as fleet but you r inserting a minute amount of liquid inside instead of the100 cc that is contained in a fleet bottle.
