What is the difference between pre biotics and pro biotics?!


Question:

What is the difference between pre biotics and pro biotics?

just simple please!!!my 23 mo. old son is disabled and i don't have time to look it up--thanks!they are recommended for himand i need the simple lowdown.


Answers:

Probiotic (Bifidus & Acidophilus...microflora or "good" bacteria). Prebiotic (FOS...food source for microflora). I use and recommend all natural Optiflora.
