water, vitamins, steam for the congestion helps get through it...whenever I feel like i'm starting to get sick I take airbourne. You can find it at walgreens, walmart. it truely works but it won't work if you are already full blown sick. If I ever get full blown sick I take aleve cold and sinus, its a miracle worker I feel great when I take it like i'm not even sick.and I can work fine. other than that time....depends on how good your immune system is. well feel better
