Does anyone know of a good way to make their own herbal capsules?
I have been packing empty capsules by hand and it's a pain in the neck, plus it's very messy. And now I'd like to take cayenne pepper, so I definitely need another way to do this.

I just bought a capsule filling kit from theherbgoddess.com
I make 50 caps at a time, but I do have to open them all up, load them into the unit, fill the caps with my supplements, and then re-cap them. It's easier than it sounds and it sure beats manually filling them. I think she only sells the kits with capsules, but I could be wrong. By the way, I looked on eBay too, but this place was cheaper.
