Am I paranoid or do massage therapists see everything anyway?

most likely, he's just been massaging long enough that he's gotten lazy in his draping. it's not okay, but it's very common. and believe me, they don't sneak peeks. they see the same thing all day, every day.
if you really feel uncomfortable during the session, you're not doing yourself or your therapist any favors by being nervous on the table. find someone new if you're sure he's being inappropriate.
