they are good i went to one what they do is just like a doctor she had me go have my blood drawn a urine test when they get the test results back they call you to come back in they will sit with you for about a hour and go through your test results to find out where your body is then give you the vitamin's that your body needs and what ever else you might need i think what helps you is that she will spent a hour or more with you when was the last time you doctor spent more than 5 minutes with you and thats why it really works when you find someone that cares about your health you will get that help you need
