These boys at school got a tissue and smoked and then breathed through the tissue and it left a disgusting brown stain. Try it if you smoke and see if it helps you stop.

I've quit before, and I am actually going to try again...I think all a person needs is either a lot of will power or a little will power with some nicotine patches and to just NOT DO IT which is harder than it sounds but entirely possible
