Has anyone tried TFT?(Thought field therapy)?

HI,
I just wondered if any one has tried TFT and if so for what reason and did you find it beneficial or a waste of money? I have agorophobia and I was thinking of trying this but £80 an hour to me is expensive and I just cannot afford to waste it, so if you have any thoughts on this, please let me know.

I've known many people who've tried it & report excellent results. I would suggest that you shop around a bit as the local practitioner to me charges £45 a session. Also consider EFT as they are very similar - you might find someone more reasonable if you're looking for 2 types of therapy. Good luck - these are marvellous treatments for some people & far safer than mind altering drugs.
