I had a missed miscarriage about two months ago, and I still am not menstruating. I had been prescribed misoprostol (or cytotec) about a month ago to get things going, but it didnt work. So i was prescribed it again. I was wary about taking it again so i went to my aunt who owns a local herbal store. she thinks Blue Cohosh should do the trick. Has anyone else used this? Is it safe?
