Sore throat home remedies?
My throat has been killing me. I think I had a sinus infection, which led to this. Anyways, I have tried gargling with salt and water, apple cider vinger and water, cayenne pepper and water. I have drank tea with honey and lemon, apple cider vinegar with honey. Have used sucrets, halls, u name it, I've probably used it. The only thing that seem to have any effect at all was drinkin the ACV and honey in hot/warm water. Anything else you know of?

Have you ever consider using water mixed with a dash of salt
and flush it from your nose down? It works for some people. The other is using aromatherapy example mint or eucalyptus.
