Hello!
If you have and i pod, or media player for less than $10 you can down load a hypnosis program to help you quit smoking. Once downloaded it's yours forever, so never do you spend more then ten bucks.
It worked for me. You can also download it on your computer and just listen to it a few times a day from your computer.
I found out about the downloads from a friend that quit smoking as well and as I live in FRANCE and it cost a fortune to go to an English speaking hypnotherapist, I figured I would give the download a try. It worked! I am smoke free for over 3 months now and I still listen to the session when I feel the urge.
