First of all do a web search on "bio disc" and read through the listed sites. There are Bio Disc Nano, Quest Bio Disc, and Nano Bio Disc. They basically all claim the same thing: Enhance taste of food, improve sleep, balance ying and yang, creates energized water, detox and hydrate your body, enhances immune system, reduces stress level, increased take up of nutrients, increased oxygenation of blood, calming effect and increases mental cognition.

Now - if you scroll down to the bottom of any page from any bio disc site and click on to the "Disclaimer" you will note that none of these companies warranty their product! The discs are sold "as is" ! What does that tell you?? If a company is a good company they will stand behind their product! I personally wouldn't waste my money - you will get enough benefits to your health by simply drinking more water. Also, none of the sites listed prices. I happened to find some on NexTag for $58.00.

Before you throw your money away read through the listed sites and read their promises and then their disclaimers. I would advise against wasting your money on this product.
