Apple cider vinegar and illness?

ok, so my mom has fibromyalgia. And she found out that apple cider vinegar helps get strength, back and clears acne. Like basically makes it so that she could feel better for the first time in years(and she is only 33)

so my questions are:
1: is this true, dose it really help?
2: what are the best brands
3:do's and don'ts
4: has this ever helped you? like personal storys.
