With Ayurvedics, who can eat Honey, also pumpkin seeds??

I'm not an expert...but I'm a vata (which is dry) and since honey is an internal and external lubricant, its good for us. My mum's a kapha and she can;t stand the taste and feel of honey. And pumpkin seeds, probably more for kapha and vata (because don't they have a 'salty' taste to them and pitta's feel aggravated by that)
