what results have you had with cider vinegar?
Answers:
It depends what you are using it for. If you use two teaspoons in a glass of water,with some honey as a swetener; it is good for Athrhitis.If you put a tablespoon of vinegar and a tablespoon of warm water together it is a good hair rinse. Putting a tablespoon of vinegar and diluting it with same amount of water,it makes a carpet cleaner. So many uses. If you log onto say Martha Stuart or one of those household sites you will find more uses. But be warned! If you suffer from Irritable bowel or a weak stomach,the Acidic acid in vinegar will upset your bowel, with prolonged use.
