Can i obtain Norco in Tijuana Mexico aka T.J?

Hi was wondering if anyone could obtain Norco (Vicodin) in T.J. Mexico. I over heard my friends 22 year old son saying that he was going to T.J. to get Vicodin i dont know legal or illegally but would he beable to obtain it without a prescription? Has anyone ever obtained medication over in mexico how safe is it and is it the real deal or do they get you for your money? I know money talks over in Mexico so please any info would be helpful. You don't need a perscription to buy it in Mexico and I don't think you should claim it when you come back over to the U.S. I have also heard that sometimes the meds are also mixed with fillers, so they are not always safe.
