i drank earlier today about 5 hours ago, was drunk, sobered up, couldnt sleep and took sleeping pills just now
but now i realize that was a bad idea.
am i ok?

If it's 5 hours, you should be ok. Seriously, you should get a pro's opinion on this. Call the hospital emergency room. They should be able to answer it better than most anyone here.
