no patches, no pills, no gum, no foodstuff, I need an "inhale" action type of crutch. Like lettuceleaf cigarettes ((((bleahhh))))...but no tar or nicotine. And herbal ones make me puke!

You could try their smokeless cigarettes - they have a tobacco flavor, plus a touch of nicotine vapor in them. Look like real cigarettes, you just inhale and don' t light.
