You need a decongestant to open the sinus cavities and ear canals ~ sounds like drainage could be part of your problem. Buy some Claritin D to open and drain everything so you don't get a serious infection. Also take 8 to 10 Garlic Capsules a day to help build the immune system and hopefully ward off any infections.

Robitussin DM is good if this settles in the bronchial area and you are coughing alot. Make sure you drink alot of water so it will work to break up the mucous and flush it out.
