F.Y.I...... I have heard that Cinnamon Extract helps your sugars as well as dry Mustard Powder too. Search online and maybe add these supplements with your Insulin/Metformin or other meds and see how it affects your own blood sugar as you chart it out for a month or two. These have no natural sugars in them and you can just go and read some labels at the pharmacy about how the Cinnamon Extract helps or do an online search about this or go online and read some diabetes forums.
