Instead of trying to prepare these tinctures yourself, give "WishGarden Herbs" out of Boulder, Colorado a call. That OR go to Whole Foods Healthfood store and look for the tincture you need. Their (WishGarden) stuff is great! Sorry I don't have their number BUT they are listed in directory assistance.
