Is it ok to take a slimming pill with a slimming tea? the 2 brands are different from each other?
Im currently using Zhen de Shou as my slimming pill and i'm planning to use ABS herbal slimming tea together with my pill because i feel constipated with the pill itself, so i need something to discharge the food that i intake.

Do not mix your tea with pills they dehydrate you that is the slimming secret, Diuretics. You may end up with Kidney failure if you aren't careful, and I agree with the other answer they don't really help you loose weight just water retention.
