Going O/S but cant find a homoepath who stocks this remedy.

probably b/c it doesn't exist.
You need the real thing, OR do some thorough research about whether you really need it. For instance, vaccinations for Jap. Enceph. are recommended for Thailand (where I have lived for 6 years), but there actually hasn't been a case of it for AGES, except in the really dense jungles up north. So, most travellers to Thailand really don't need the vaccine at all.
