HI there I suffer from very servere rheumatoid arthritis and never hear of aloa vera helping it .I use glucosamine and can tell you it does help speeking from experience.Wishing you every luck with this you have my deepest sympathy it is a horrible disease and hurts like hell.Happy health Barbara
