Do ear clips for weight loss really work?
A girl here in the office said that it worked for her, but she is one of those people who could stand to gain a few pounds (imho). Anyone have any experience with these?

I want to add--I'm not looking for a "magic weight loss bullet" but something to help that isn't an addictive or otherwise harmful pill, mix, formula,etc. I have changed my eating habits and my exercise habits and the things I do for fun (like less TV). This was just suggested to me and I don't know a lot about it, and was hoping someone out there had first hand experience.

Funny you should ask..they had an article in the paper today about a woman who lost 40 pounds using them. I guess they are becoming very popular in Omaha. I exspect they are like everything else..they work for some and not others.
