Milk Thistle - a good type or brand?
I would like to clean out my liver. Does anyone know a good milk thistle brand? Should I take any other herbs or supplements with it? I read something about dandilion but I don't know if there is any truth to that.

Completing the kidney cleanse before cleansing the liver is also recommended. You want your kidneys, bladder and urinary tract in top working condition so they can efficiently remove any undesirable substances incidentally absorbed from the intestine as the bile is being excreted.
This site below states to do a kidney cleanse first, and gives you instructions on what to do for a cleanse. I would have copied and pasted more, but there is too much. Good luck!
