well i heard that the scent of sower apple helps relieve anxiety

Lavender will help with anxiety as will patchouli, bergamont.
Find a good aromatherapist in your area, this is a great modality, good essential oils are great for healing so many things.. bruises to hair loss, PMS, depression.
