I'm taking celebrix 200 mg. cap. once a day. What is the strongest pain killer I can purchase and take (OTC)

You don't want to take Tylenol while taking Celebrex. Ibuprofen is recommened, along with a heating pad or rice sock. Did you injure the back, or do you take Celebrex for an ongoing condition? Massage can ease spasms, along with hot tubs/hot springs. Standing in the shower, with the shower head set on a pulse setting, mini massage, but does work.
