In response to the 3rd person who answered, I am not afraid of hypnosis as they say the hypnotist cant make u do anything that u dont want to, I just mean is there a large difference in skill and ability to help people from one hypnotherapist to another

you should do a bit of research before u decide. there are some real weirdos out there, no matter what their profession is. try and find a therapist who has been referred to by many people, and ask them how they felt about it and was he/she trusting.
if anything just do ur research, choose which ever u think is the best one, and meet them first before any session to judge for urself
