Well hopefully that's not your goal. In excessive amounts you won't feel too good, just sleepy. If you have problems sleeping, talk to your doctor before self-medicating. And if you are having problems with allergies and sleeping, there are other OTC meds you can try besides benadryl, like claritin. Always make sure to check for drug interactions, and if you have any other questions talk to your physician. I can't stress that enough.
