Has anyone used Kava tea before to relieve anxiety? What was your experience with it? Thanks!

Not sure where it was pulled as not here and the issue was not the heart but liver which is over stated anyway. Reports show issue if combined with alcohol. Kava Kava gets a bad wrap. Way more side effects with the drugs docs give you. Just go to a good place to get it.
But personally I have heard from many it does wonders for stress and anxiety. For me it was like drinking liquid black pepper. I could never stomach it so the next best thing was "sleepy time" tea by celestial teas. Very calming and as high strung as I am it never made me sleepy but took the edge off.
