Is a warm stone massage better than the standard spa massage?
This is for a mother's day gift. I want my mom to have a one hour massage but can't decide if getting the more expensive warm stone massage would be better than the standard massage. Cost is not the deciding factor; just trying to determine if she would be cheated out of actual massage time if she did the stone treatment.

Stone massages are a totally different feeling. stone massages are more for relaxation, than for getting all kinks out of the tight muscles. I had the stone massage and I thought it was too weird and it did not really do anything for my muscles after wards. I think your mom would enjoy the hour massage either Swedish or deep tissue much better.
