people take apple cider vinegar for all kinds of reasons. cleansing, weight loss, detox.... it is said that socrates, plato, isaac newton... all the genius' of the past used apple cider vinegar. I take it, but only in the liquid form. no it doesn't taste great, but i know it is better than the pills. you can mix the liquid with water, or pour it over a salad. when you buy the pills, you really dont know for sure how much of the medicinal properties you are getting from that pill. if you buy the liquid, purchase Bragg's (brand) Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother. with the mother means that the fiber from the fruit is added. you can see it settled on the bottom. I take is for a cleansing aid, with all the pollutants of processed and inorganic foods.
