Have you ever tried a herbal remedy for back pain?

i was looking online for one and there seems to be many i wanted to know if anyone has had experience.

thank you my doctor doesnt believe me, but he did get me a referral for physical therapy , yeah!

Yes. Magnesium, Glucosamine, Condoitin are great, especially together.
Zyflamend also have cox2 inibitors , so it is great to pain too.
