Best homeopathic medicine for cough?

as child i saw my parents being killed in front of me and ever since when ever i am nerouvs i start coughing. Is there any homeopathic remedy for that.

Unfortunately there is now a huge collection of controlled studies which fail to show that homeopathic ' medication' has any effect beyond placebo. So most doctors based on this scientific evidence, believe it to be useless
