Any one know anything about hoodia pills?!

Question:

Any one know anything about hoodia pills?

my friend went to tx for school, came back and went from a 16 to a 8! she said she took hoodia pills, but i am scared to, since i am on topamax for migraines, and zantac for heartburn/reflux.

can anyone tell me if they really do work, and if they would complicate my current meds? thanks,

Wow...your friends weight loss success story with hoodia is very impressive. I'd be curious to know if she lost all that weight strictly from hoodia or if she made other changes to her diet and exercise as well. The reason I say that is because hoodia alone rarely will result in such dramatic results.

Despite the marketing hype surrounding hoodia, it only does one thing - suppress appetite. It does not increase metabolism, burn fat, or somehow magically melt the weight away. The idea behind hoodia diet pills is that if you feel full, you'll eat less. Thus, you'll lose weight.

Now to answer your question about whether or not hoodia works, it depends. For some people it works wonders (like it did your friend) and for others it doesn't do a thing. The reality is, we're all "wired" differently so what works for one person may not work for another. The only way to know if it will work for you or not is to give them a try.

As for complications with your current meds, it's very unlikely that hoodia would interfere with them in anyway. The hoodia gordonii plant contains a molecule called P57. This molecule tricks the brain into thinking you are full. Given how hoodia works, you can see that it's very unlikely that it would have any adverse affects on your current meds. Authentic hoodia diet pills have been shown to be very safe with virtually no side effects.

However, please keep in mind that I am not a doctor!! By all means, if you have any doubts or concerns you should talk to your doctor. If your doctor gives you the o.k., just make sure you take an authentic hoodia gordonii diet pill as they are the only ones that have been proven to be safe with no side effects.

Not all hoodia supplements are the same. In fact, the vast majority of them are fake - meaning they contain very little, if any, hoodia gordonii. You'll want to avoid those at all costs because some may cause unwanted side effects and at the very least they'll drain your wallet;)

If you decide to move forward with hoodia, I have provided a link below to an article that outlines the 13 things to look for when you buy hoodia to prevent getting scammed with fake hoodia supplements. By following the guidelines you'll be able to easily spot the fake products from the real ones.

Best of luck to you.
